K-5 participated in the Hour of Code during computer science education week. The Hour of Code is a global movement by Computer Science Education Week and Code.org reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries through a one-hour introduction to computer science and computer programming. Students started with the basics, worked their way up, and learned that anyone can code!
SNOW GLOBE
K-5 also created snow globes in Google Drawing. They added text and images (some even took selfies) to personalize them! 3-5 used a prewriting organizer to help create a story to go along with their globe.
